Taking Time Out
To all my lovely clients and followers,
I am currently stepping back from my position as a Holistic Healer. 2024 was certainly not a gentle year, but necessary for growth and change. 2024 taught me strength, I didn't know I had, wisdom I didn't know I needed, and priorities I didn't know mattered.

When difficult things happen, I say to my clients it’s important to give yourself time to hold space, reflect, feel, explore, heal, learn and grow. So here I am practising what I preach! We are all human, going through difficult human experiences, so it’s vital we are kind to ourselves.
I do not work on others unless my mind, body and soul are aligned therefore, I am taking this time to grow and change into something unknown, but something more beautiful than ever.
I am looking forward to catching up with you all soon.

YOUnique Healing and Self- Healing Guidance
YOUnique Healing requires an initial two hour session which provides an opportunity for us to dive deep into your energetic body and life experiences. We will identify limiting beliefs and repeating patterns which require self-healing through a unique self-healing program which uses tools and techniques to change your life. This also incudes a tailored energy healing session designed around your specific needs.
