If you are not happy with any products you have purchased with YOUnique Healing, we are happy to accept returns. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to notify us of any issues or concerns. Returns are accepted provided we receive the goods within 14 days undamaged and in their original packaging. The cost of return must be paid by the buyer. A refund will be issued once we have received the item. In the unlikely event of an item being damaged on receipt, please submit photos of evidence and provide proof of purchase.
